Presented behind glass in a gilt pendant frame with a boarder of crossed knots and fine fluting. The size of the miniature is 72mm high x 62mm wide, the frame size is shown below.

The young lady shown wearing a white dress with gold coloured belt and around her shoulders a dark blue velvet day coat with a gold trim and a pale blue bonnet and painted against a sky background. Presented behind glass in a double sided gilt filigree frame with the back glass panel covering a purple velvet panel with entwined gilt initials A.S.
