    Excellent watercolour on card attributed to Thomas Sidney Cooper, 1803-1902. Typical of this artist work is a depiction of four cattle and a donkey in a wide landscape. The underlying pencil and a wash gives the painting an all most un-finished look. The size of the painting is 20.5cm x 30.4cm, the frame size is shown below Presented in a period oak frame and a white mount with a simple double pen line border, strung ready to hang.     This is the second of a pair of Dutch school oil paintings on canvas by the same artist. Dating to the later part of the 19th century around 1880/ 1890. The scene is of two vessels close to the shore with a single figure in the foreground. The painting has an amount of craquelure to the surface which is expected with age.
