    A superb hand carved Victorian Walnut Ladies Armchair restored and French polished in our workshop which has recently been re-upholstered in a pale green floral fabric with notes of pink with a contrasting braid. The padded and deep buttoned panel below a a curved back rail with a carved shield like panel with cut through sections on either side terminating with nicely carved roundels. The chair sits on carved front legs united by a curved rail with carved flowers and brass casters. With saber legs to the back again with brass casters.

    An unusual and rare Walnut Wine Table with rotating candle holder. The round dished shaped top has attached underneath a rotating candle holder with an associated brass sconce inlaid with four cabochon. The top is supported on a barley twist column finishing with a carved and heavy base, with three bun feet underneath.

    A superb Bureau De Dame dating from the 20th Century using veneers of King Wood, Satin Wood stringing and marquetry inlay with gilt metal mounts. The top with a butterfly veneer with thumb edge above a curved frieze containing the locking mechanism for the roll top front with has a marquetry inset panel. Flanked on either side by narrow panels inlaid with Satin Wood stringing and gilt mounts at the top. The interior has three shaped drawers with above a central open storage area flanked by small compartments each with a hinged door, all inlaid with marquetry panels. Below this is a pull out writing section. There are two drawers each with gilt handles, escutcheons with fully functioning locks

    An exceptional English Country House Rosewood Fire Screen. A real statement piece of furniture, dating to around 1860 or possibly earlier. The stunning carving creating a perfect frame work for the tapestry. The center stump work could possibly date to a much earlier period, possibly the late 1700's. The screen has an equally stunning base of a single column with detailed carving finishing with a tripod base with cabriole fluted legs and a flat based foot.
