C.1850 EUROPEAN DOUBLE BARREL PERCUSSION PISTOL
An interesting c. 1850 European double barreled Percussion Pistol. With 80 bore, 4 3/4" octagonal side by side barrels and flat sided body with diamond engraving. Two percussion hammers and flip down triggers. Polished ribbed wooden grip with steel butt cap. There is some pitting to the steel, both hammers will go to full cock and trigger mechanisms work well. The only fault is the triggers do not open fully. Delivery is Free in the UK Tracked and Insured with Royal Mail.

A quality c.1850 Percussion Cap Pistol. With engraving on both sides, the top as well as the external mounted hammer. Beautifully carved tactile fruit wood bag grip with silver mounted shield. The pistol will cock and fire, just a little stiff. Overall good antique condition, the tip is missing from the spur end of the hammer and some pitting to the barrel.

BOXLOCK SCREW BARREL PERCUSSION PISTOL TEARDROP GRIPS.
A mid 19th century European Box Lock Screw Barrel Percussion Pistol. With fine engraving on both sides, the top and underneath including the drop trigger. Screw of barrel, unscrews and screws back up as it should. Tactile shaped grips often described as teardrop grips, mad most probably from walnut.
The action works well, the hammer pulls back to cock and the trigger mechanism works fine. Condition commensurate with age and handling. Some pitting to the barrel and wear to the sides.

1850'S PERCUSSION PISTOL BY D.EGG LONDON
A good example of a mid 1800 percussion pistol manufactured by D.Egg of London. A 2 1/2" turn off barrel, with a flat sided body engraved with foliage, on one side engraved with the markers name D.Egg and on the other side London. A central Dolphin head Percussion hammer and steel trigger guard. With tactile flat sided bag grips with white metal escutcheon. The trigger mechanism works well, sits happily at half cock and full cock position and trigger action positive. The manufacturer Egg is normally associated with fine quality dueling pistols so quite rare to find a pocket pistol by this manufacturer.
