A fine example of a 19th Century Percussion Cap Pistol. Small in size but tactile and balanced when held in the hand.
The butt is made from one piece of beautifully grained walnut.
Scroll engraving to both sides of the main body and around the trigger.
Trigger mechanism works as it should, trigger drops down when the hammer is pulled back and dry fires as it should.

C.1920 BRONZE MODEL CANNON
A most superior desk top bronze cannon on a wooden stand.
Overall length of just under 12" puts it along side two of our earlier listings.
The cannon moves freely with its wheels turning as they should. I think they may be a rod missing that would hold the barrel of the gun at certain heights. The Mahogany base is in excellent condition, the gun has some pitting which is to be expected and would polish up if the new owner wishes, left as is it has a soft mellow patina.
