C.1830 COALPORT SLOP BOWL
A Beautiful example of an early Slop Bowl, possibly from the Coalport Factory (Identification is not 100%) and produce around 1830, could possibly be earlier. Pattern No.759 with a lovely rich blue background on a white body.
With hand painted cartouches of birds (Bullfinches?)and flowers. Rich gold decoration aagain applied by hand. In the bottom of the bowl is a central rose with leaves either side. Condition is very good with a slight amount of rubbing to the gold on the lip. The bowl "rings" perfectly. Around the outside of the bowl is a border of gold and blue foliage with a gold band to the footrim.

HAND PAINTED "GRISAILLE" SPODE STYLE JUG
This is a superbly Hand Painted small milk jug in soft greys and highlighted in black "Grisaille" with all gold work also hand painted.
The painted scene is of a pastoral nature showing Cattle being tended, people fishing in a landscape of trees and a lake.
Although unmarked it has a feel for the Spode Factory.
It is free from any chips or cracks.

HAND PAINTED PORCELAIN TRINKET BOX
A miniature high boot or shoe hand painted in the dutch delft style with flowers and vines around the lid. A bronze hinge and clasp which opens to reveal a compartment, with a little painted flower inside. The laces are painted in a soft grey. There is a manufacturers mark or painters mark to the base but I have not been able to attribute to any particular manufacturer, all in all a very sweet little box.
